What happens in a meeting?
-
We meet every Tuesday at 6:30 pm to 8 pm and our meetings are highly structured
-
We begin with a warm welcome, introductions, and a quick overview of roles
-
From there, members deliver prepared speeches, followed by thoughtful evaluations to provide constructive feedback
-
The following segment is impromptu speaking, also known as Table Topics, which adds spontaneity as participants respond to surprise questions on the spot.
-
Functionaries then share insights on language, timing, and filler words, and the General Evaluator offers feedback on the overall meeting
-
Meetings wrap up with announcements, awards, and closing reflections
Why does it work?

-
The diverse number of roles and structure of the meetings enable the participants to quickly improve their public speaking skills
-
Roles like Toastmaster, Speech Evaluator, Grammarian, Timer, Ah-Counter, Table Topics Master, and General Evaluator rotate weekly, giving members the chance to lead, speak, and grow in every session

Can anybody participate?
-
Absolutely! You can visit as a guest for free as many times as you want and there is no pressure to join. We love seeing new faces!
-
As a guest, you will usually have chances to participate and get a feel for speaking in a friendly, low-pressure environment
